No message left, static in background, have received numerous such calls recently. Called number right back, immediate click sound and dial tone. Tried again, same result.

Caller ID says out of area, but it is a local area code.

Doesn't add up.

Sounded like a fax call.

Man with Indian accent, calling from NCO Financial Systems, claiming an attempt to collect debt.  Left a 1-800 number for callback.

THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALLING, USING A LOCAL NUMBER. THEY ARE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. WE ASKED THEM HOW DO WE GET OFF OF THE LIST AND THE GUY RESPONDED WITH " BUY SOMETHING AND WE WILL TAKE YOU OFF." WHEN I TRIED TO TALK WITH A "MANAGER" HE JUST HUNG UP. SO TIRED OF THESE CALLS!!!
