Received a call from 925-248-4070 this morning.  It was an older voice message that my employer left for me via his cell phone.  It was the same message in my employer's voice but coming from this number.  I did not answer the call since I did not recognize the number.    They were able to access a voice message that I received sometime after last Friday, June 30, 2017.  It was definitely my employers voice but he categorically denied calling me.   He does not live in the region (Dublin, CA) and would have no reason for leaving the message a second time.  His previous request had already been dealt with.  How would someone be able to grab an older voice message left from another person's cell phone and make it appear that is was coming from the 925 area code?

I am getting phone calls from 9252484070 and similar other numbers stating that she is Heather from account services. There are many number this scammer is using to call. This has made me so frustrated. Even I block one number, I get call from 10 different numbers in a week. I tried to call back and I am not able to speak with anyone because the call does not go through. Can you please help me to crack this scammer down? Do you have any suggestion where to report?
