Block your 'Caller ID' number by dialing *67 to get the secondary 'stutter' dial tone.  Then dial the above number
to receive a recording stating that the number is 'no longer in service', 'representative not available', 'reorder tone', etc.
Note:  found this circuit NOT to have a 'ring back' tone, just air-side tone.

Called, no voicemail.

Called; sent it into VM as I didn't recognize number - suspect it's either a telemarketer, phony prize winner news and/or collection agency.  Not sure which Call Type to tag it.

Called twice, left no message.

Call in on my sales floor and came to me the operator, display says "OIP CALL", no voice, then hung up
