Received a call from 925-204-3918 on my cell.  Rang 3 times, no message left.  My cell alerted me that call was a Scam or Fraud.  I have blocked and reported call.

The number for these calls change daily, usually for lower interest rate or car warranty. Blocking the numbers has become useless since it is a new number each day. Phone companies need to fix this!
