I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer they hang up.  When I call back the number I get a message from Verizon saying the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.

Guy says he is from the California Department of Revenue - this is a lie.  He wants to schedule a time for a technician to visit the home to help reduce utility costs by doing a solar assessment. I asked for a call back number (877-593-2995) which rolled to the National Renewable Energy Center.
