925) 201-6164 called several times before 8AM and left two messages in which a man very forcefully stated he'd received a matter in his office this morning with claims and charges against me. He said my name and stated I have one opportunity to call his office about the matter and that I should call 844-837-2641 to verify the addresses of my home and workplace for process service. He said I'd "been officially notified." I searched for 844-837-2641 and found several references to Team Sexton Mortgage in Birmingham, Alabama. If this were a debt collection, the caller would have to say so. If it were actual process service, the server would just show up. This has to be a scam and potentially reflects poorly on Team Sexton Mortgage.
