Who the heck are these people?  They called me twice yesterday and again today, and never leave a message!

No message!  Who are they?

They called but did not leave a message. I've had calls like this before to my cell phone from other similar people and they are generally telemarketers/scammers. I answered it once and told them that my phone was private since it was a cell phone and they did not have my permission to call my number. It worked and that number hasn't called me ever again, but it seems there is just another group out there to take it's place.

The number belongs to: Omni Access, based in Long Beach, California. They sell long distance service. The following website gives a list of all their "access numbers" (i.e. more annoying numbers that they can use to call and annoy) http://www.omni-access.com/access.htm

The Below is true & false.
I represent Omni Access and We are a Legitimate Phone Company.
Some telemarketer is using our Access # to show up as their Caller ID to Hide themselves. THEY ARE NOT USING OUR SERVICE!!! THEY ARE JUST MAKING IT LOOK LIKE THE CALL IS COMING FROM A "GOLD NUMBER" (A NUMBER ENDING IN 0000 OR THE LIKES OF A REAL EASY #)
When our customers Use the Access # 925-201-0000 the person who they call, sees the callers caller ID--- NOT 925-201-0000.

I WAS JUST ALERTED TO THIS, AND IF ANYONE HAS SPOKE TO THESE IMPOSTORS, PLEASE TRY TO FIND OUT WHO THEY REPRESENT AND SEND ME THE INFO, SO THAT WE CAN GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND STOP THEM!!!
