My brother, did try calling the number, and I see here there are quite a few numbers 919-999 -exchange, listed as advertisers,spam, so I think this is just another of the same, seems like "Halo Wireless" has a lot of users, doing this.But I guess that would be another issue. this is what my brother said:
"I called it
and got a voice mail for a lady ... Karney Perrel.   It doesn't sound
like a business.  Also it seems that there are too many numbers, ext's
dont usually show up on a caller ID, so it might be a computer generated
call through an VoIP service, just ended up with 919 at the front."

I had a real strange call, from this number- 919-999-0431 -1156, the caller knew my name,and said it is urgent,  but I live and am in Mexico,
I check here and there is nothing listed here. It is strange because the people that do know me, know not to try to call me by phone, normally they e-mail, how ever since I do have a brother in N.C. it had me worried. I ac not try to return the call, but am trying to decide or figure out if I should, using another phone. this extra 1156, I don't know that it can even be dialed that way,..any info ? I will check back here

Could be an extension. But a quick search shows the 919-999-exchange is assigned to Halo Wireless, and cell phone numbers don't have extensions.

I contacted my brother, it was not him, he pointed out that 919 is eastern NC, his number is western,..
