University of North Carolina calling and offering 40 dollars to complete a brief survey.  Second call on this - both from different numbers, this and 919-962-2292.   I have no affiliation with U of NC and if they were legit then they would know I am on the do not call list, so my guess is that this is not really them and it is a scam.

Left a message with my mother regarding my son. on behalf of Nation Wide Children's hospital. Left this number 919-962-2305. I have been trying to call them back so I can find out what seems to be the issue. All I get is a busy signal. My son underwent surgery at Nation Wide Children's Hospital (here in Columbus, Ohio) as an infant - and was in their ICU for a good month and a half on life support; so I'd really like to know what this is concerning
