I answered, recorded message said "This is Sara with Consumer Services calling about your current credit card account. There is not a problem with your account but we have an offer to lower your interest rate. This offer expires today, press one now to be connected to a representative."
Some of these calls have a "press 2 to be removed" option, which is the only reason I answered, this call did not have that option, only press 1 to be connected to a rep.
