Have received multiple calls over multiple days, no message is left.  When the number is called back it says that it is a Circulation Department, but never mentions for what company.  You have the option of leaving a voicemail, but once again, no company is mentioned.  It's most likely a scam.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?

It was multiple times in one day and I didn't have the time to check the number.  It is now blocked. So chill out.
