Robo-dialer left a message to call back referencing a debt, stating: "Hello we have a message from Enhanced Recovery Company. This is a call from a debt collector. Please call 800-893-3077 and provide the following reference number: xxxx" They obviously play dirty pool because they present local numbers on caller ID to hide the fact that they're a collection agency; in my case, (919) 794-4400.
