OK.  Call came in today.  My caller I.D. indicated Paragon Commerc and the number shown.  The voice was female with a Hispanic accent.  She said who she represented, but I could not get it.  ( broken English and too fast).  Anyhow, she knew my first name.  She says, "you still have Medicare, right?"  At that point,  I said "I use VA and I'm not interested."  At that point I hung up.  This is suspected as a phising for information or trying to sell me something that is not necessary for me.  Hope this helps.
