I have received THREE calls from this number already today and it's not even 3:30 p.m. yet!!! How do I get it to stop?!?

The robocall I got from this number was selling a weight-loss product. I think this company bought my home phone number from another weight-loss website where a thief entered my info on, after my credit card # was skimmed. It allowed me to press 9 to be removed from its list. It referred me to a website- www.HolidayH2O.com

Same as the previous submission, I got a rotory call which said to go to HolidayH20.com. Ticks me off this guy is using up my air time for his own purposes. I am on a do not call list. Doesn't that mean anything?? What is being done about this guy?
