I received 2 calls from this number.  When I answered, I could just hear background noise and nobody would respond to me when I said hello.

Got a call from 919-778-7553, UNKNOWN

They left a voicemail but it sounded like a cell phone on the absolute edge of in the service area.  

Got another call and all it was was a few seconds of HISSING....no voice, not other info.  Called the number back and the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.

Their loss.  They did not get to speak to me..  :)
