We are two senior citizens with health problems and the several times a week calls from this company, Credit Financial Services, looking for someone named Chris. I did get someone on the phone a couple of months ago and explained that the person they are trying to locate at my phone number no longer has that number, but they persist with the phone calls.  Today I got a call at 9:00 a.m. that got me out of bed (painfully).  This is a call that begins with "this is not a recorded message stating "this is not a call to sell anything.....does Chris so and so live here, if not, hang up".  In the meantime my husband and I are forced to pick up the phone for no reason at all several times a week.  There are federal laws protecting seniors from harrassment and if these calls do not stop, I intend to contact the federal government.  We are sick of these calls from a company trying to collect money from someone that had my phone number.

I get messages says this is not a call to sell anything.....does John Doe live here, if not, hang up or press 1.

In checking my balance to my checking account, there was money deducted from my account and I did not authorize it.  The number 919-683-2412.  I happen to look up the number and it was from Credit Financial Services.   Needless to say, I am very upset because on the date showing I did not speak to this company.
