Received all from this number, directing me to call 619-413-7308 about criminal offense, to cooperate with them to help me. SCAM

Received a call from this number saying, first it sounded like a robot voice, his name is David Chamber,  he said he was calling from the U.S. treasury dept. And to cooperate and to call back at this same number.

Received a call from this number saying he was calling from the U.S. treasury dept. and to cooperate and to call back at this same number.

Received a voicemail telling me that I need to cooperate and respond to avoid a federal offense, otherwise I would have to appear in front of a grand jury. I've never been in trouble in my life. Total scam.

Why this sounds like the long running, highly publicized IRS scam that no one seems to  know anything about, even though it has been on TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, and websites.
