Caller ID reported Andrew Ismond as calling. He wanted 5 minutes to explain how his company to "help me". I declined and told him I was not interested @ which time he said he realized I get unsolicited calls all the time but he just needed one minute to explain what he does so he can arrange to meet later and fully explain how "he" can help my company.
****this is important**** At this point I again told him I wasn't interested and "requested" he no longer contact me.
His original call was @ 5:05p.m. 4/12/2016
Legit or not calls such as these, must be documented, a command to cease and desist issued to the caller and a report sent to the AG's Office with all steps documented to prepare for civil restitution.
This procedure is two fold. (1) sue responsible parties trying to profit by unwanted unsolicitated calls and (2) If the AG's Office fails to remedy such calls and actions, you'll know who to vote for to protect you and your business if applicable.
