I realize you are just doing your job, but I do not have money to pay anthing but utilities and my mortgage a month late.  It does not look like our financial situation is about to change anytime soon.  We have thousands of dollars in debt that we cannot pay right now.  I apologize.

The idiots whom you are trying to collect for did not do their job and they did not send me a bill until after it was too late to try and dispute this. Stop calling I am not paying.

Pay your bills and they won't call.

People are being harassed for debts that belong to someone else, have been discharged in bankruptcy, already paid or are beyond the SOL.
