I got a call from 919-535-4704 with a recorded message that there is pending litigation against me.  Bet they would "fix that" if I supplied my credit card number.

Definitely is, random calls with a recorded message about "pending litigation against you", but no answer if you try to call back.  Annoying that it's a local, Cary landline unlisted number.
