1-919-526-7761 is just another solicitation for financial products.  The calls originate from a call center in Raleigh NC.  Just block the caller ID and you are done.  Real collection agents must leave a message and state the FDCPA (Fair Debts Collections Protection Act) and identify themselves. Also, check out the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).  

If you believe that you are being unfairly treated involving a debt, you have the option of legally defending youself.  Debtors have rights!  Talk to an attorney.

I keep receiving phone calls from this # 1-919-526-1721 for a Ruthene Stout this person is not me and does not live with me  please DO NOT call my house again if you do i will contact  a Lawyer about this. Thank you!

When i try to speak to someone they hang up and  when i dail the # back it want go through. And the name they are asking for is not mine or anyone that lives here.

I keep getting calls from this number. I stay on the line and the call is disconnected. The person they are asking for is not me. I just hang on to let them know and to take my name off the list!

You keep calling for Ismael Chavez.  I choose " not Ismael" yet you keep calling.  So, I chose to talk to you so you will stop calling.  Tried twice and I get disconnected.  So, as I do not have caller id, I did *69, which will cost me, and tried to call you, which will cost me,  Call will not go through.

It really pissed me off that you called Christmas Eve right at lunch when I was trying NOT to burn the Christmas Beast!  Take MY number off your records.  I am not, nor have ever hear of Ismael Chavez.
