No one said a word after the phone rang numerous times and we answered.

This lady named Veronica called me from this number saying it she was from El Centro Hispano de Servicios Sociales or something to that effect and repeatedly asked if I spoke Spanish. When I finally said yes (because I do) she went on to say my number had been selected and began asking me survey questions about if I knew English and did I learn it in school or take a special class. That's when I laughed at her, told her I'm not hispanic (ok so that was a lie but I said it anyways) and she said "oh, que bueno." I hung up. HELLO WE ARE IN THE UNITED STATES AND ENGLISH IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE.

No one on the other line and when I tried calling back there was no answer ...
(BTW Although we expect people to speak English the USA does NOT have an official language)
