I saw the call on my caller ID when I came home yesterday. No message on my voice mail. Caller ID says ICI INC

Calls at least twice a day, never leaves a message. When I answer the there is total silence when you say hello so we just hang up. Getting very annoying.

Calls at least twice a day and, same as "Frank" (above), when I answer, no one says anything so I hang up.

had several calls with no messages or they hang up. today I actually had someone talking and they left a message .... Hello, my name is Miguel Mitchell and I am with RCI ... then hung up.
