Repeated calls from 1-919-348-4569 and never leave a message.

Getting repeated calls from 1-202-459-9868.  First time caller sounded like indian and said he was some kind of police officer.  Said I or my attorney should call or suffer the results.  Second and third call left no message.

Got a call from 919-348-4569, said hello, no reply.  Are they testing whether they reached a working number, or just being a giant pest?
