The number is a private individual,  called  Vertie Sproull, in Waterford Ct, Raleigh, North Carolina

He pretends to be looking for counsellors and life coaches
He tries to get your address.
He tries to make himself look "real" by posting stuff HERE, to say he is a reliable EAP provider, or some other lies.

Absolutely ignore this guy - he is a scammer.

Was called by this number 9193344001 this morning by a woman who posed herself as needing my complete address for a EAP client she wished to refer to me...I sensed this was fishy and promptly assured her clients must call me themselves, good bye.

Was a nurse with a program of Mayo Clinic that's part of my health plan...advisory, counseling on health matters, etc.  It's legit, as I spoke to this person before.  He also left a voice mail message.

Doubt it was legit as I have nothing to do with mayo clinic.  Phishing seems likely.
