Someone called me identifying themselves to my husband as an attorney Robert Levin who said that he practiced in Raleigh, NC.. I googled his name and address and got nothing, but an Entertainer by that name... He told me that I could settle my case for $500 today or they would levy my account of which I promptly closed and have a judgement entered against me and a bench warrant issued for me. I called the Police Department and was told that they were a scam and to not pay them any attention and I put an alert on my social security number and notified the Better Business Bureau... He told me something about a company named Evergreen Funding aka Hydra that I took out an online loan back in 2011, but he is just now contacting me and he told me that I had a mortgage on my home of which has been paid off... He thought my sister was my boyfriend and asked if I could borrow money from him or any of my family... Really!! I kinda freaked out at first, but then calmed down and realized that I never took out any loans ever online... He had me going for a second until I started to calm down and realized it. I hate idiots like this and there should be a law to have them arrested!!
