Finally answered the call from this number.  Indian/Pakistani voice man telling me he was from "Windows" and it was imperative he speak to me about my computer.  I said, "Yea, right" and hung up.  Will report.

Scummy telemarketers call all the time and leave hang up voicemails.

I registered a few domains the other day with Namecheap. I registered them privately and paid the extra money to have them listed that way. Apparently they didn't actually register them privately! This call is the typical "we want to build your website" call that anyone who has ever registered a domain publicly knows all too well.
