Female with India or Pakistani accent claiming to be working for US Government agency - claimed not to be able to hear me, so when I spoke up she TOLD me not to yell at her. When I tried to speak again, she started getting more agitated so I just hung up. 40 minutes earlier, recieved call from Male with really heavy Indian or Pakastani accent - couldn't understand half of what he said except he kept claiming he was calling from Seattle, Washington - my phone shows phone # location as Kitchener, Ontario. When I called him on someone from Ontario calling me claiming to be from US Government - he kept stating he was calling from Seattle.
