Received a phone call - no message left

Got a call from this number one of my family member answered and by the time I was handed my home phone there was a busy signal.

They call sometimes twice a day and never leave a message....why do they waste their time and mine also??

Why can't our useless FTC stop these idiots from continuing this nonsense.  The DNC list is a BIG joke!!
