Spam from "Paul with SportsNet" regarding betting on sports, but it wants me to call 310-357-6582, which is a number I've been directed to from other spam messages, so I'm sure this 918 number must be a spoof number or on that multiple spammers use to contact people.  I think every single spammer should get harassed million times worse than what they do to people.
