I have received a call from this company over the past three days wanting the name and number of my attorney because I    I have  defrauded a loan company by the name of Rise.   She informed me that if I do not pay them back that they would press  two felony charges against me.  I called my local police department and will be meeting with a detective to investigate this as I have never received a loan from this company.  I got another call from them today and I informed James, that they are a scam and that I have contact my local police department for further investigation.  James responded "Wow" and hung up on me.  I suggest if you are getting calls from this company that you inform them that you are contacting your local police department and follow through with it.  The police officer I spoke with told me that they will link with other city/counties/states to build a better case on this company.
