After receiving calls from this person for three days I picked up. First thing I heard was a lot of call center-esque background noise before a man got on the line. He claimed to be working for Windows, that my computer had been sending error messages every morning, and attempted to get me to give him remote access. Didn't even let him finish, just hung up.

this number calls every day, it says NY, NY ... interrupt my work with people  phone company should disconnect their phone and fine them
