I've been getting calls from three different numbers from NY (this one twice in a row) and just as I'm typing this I got one from Washington D.C
I don't know why I'm getting these all of a sudden, just started happening this morning.

This number has called my phone everyday at least 2x but upto 5x a day, no one is EVER on the other end of the phone,it's just silent and after saying "hello, hello" and waiting about a minute they hang up... So, idk who these ppl are and can't find out who they are either.. One place says it's a private cell # then another place says telemarketers so idfk it's driving me crazy though.. Ahhhh plz help
