got a call but didn't recognize the number.
Looked it up on web and its an NYC #, i live in Canada...
also found several posts that its a scam, some indications that there are charges imposed, and whoever the number belongs to is placing several calls per day.

I got a call from that number and it was my NYC concierge from Expedia.com.

Same here, Expedia concierge.  I've traveled with Expedia many times and this is the first time I've ever received a call like that.  I'll have to check with Expedia.

I just received a call from this number. I did not answer but they left a message in my vm. The call was from Expedia offering concierge service for my trip to NY.

So???? Is it really Expedia Concierge?
