They are a scamming operation.  Send you packages that you are supposed to package and send on usually to places like Russia.  Look up "..BWSD LTD.."  They also send out emails with the company name non existent but a Yahoo email address.

scam IRS - 917-720-3880.  Called and said IRS wanted money.  forwarded number to the IRS - this should be stopped.
