This number sent me a response via text, about an ad I had posted in a local classifieds sit (Kijiji) for a video game console and some games. He immediately offered more than I was asking and said he would email transfer me the funds. he sent a fraudulent email disguised as an email from the Bank of America which said my funds would be deposited after I provide the shipping number for the order. He gave an address in La Ronge Saskatchewan to a home that was listed for sale with a real estate agency in La Ronge that clearly showed pictures of the vehicles the homeowners drove. I asked him what kind of car he drove just for fun and sure enough he answered with a response that was not consistent with the photos.

I too received a response to my Kijiji ad from this number!  He also offered more than I was asking for said he would email etransfer the funds.  He to, like the comment above, sent a fraudulent email disguised as an email from the Bank of America in which it said my funds would be deposited after I provide the shipping number for the order. I was also given the same address in La Ronge, Saskatchewan.  I am thankful that I have a suspicious mind and did my due diligence before providing/accepting his offer!

scammer. same as above. wants to pay double for "item"  someone with time should forward to police cuz somewhere someone's going to get scammed

Exact same story, saskatchewan address, names, etc. We were selling our consol + games and he almost got us. Someone from NY (unless he's redirecting his number) should find this guy. We can't do much against a US number here in Canada.
