I don't know why but I am always on the new call list used by "just setup" scammers.

Left no message, be wary of this number.  They got one more shot then they will be blocked.

Just got a call from this number and they didn't say anything just hung up called back and it said the caller can not be reached

This number has called 5 times in the past week. Caller ID says Starnet. The person who answers (thick accent) says they work for Time Warner. The 917 area code is from New York and, when asked, the person verified that's where he was calling from. I got the person to admit they Do indeed work for Starnet and they represent Time Warner, AT&T,etc. Informed them each time I am on Do Not Call Registery and not to call again.

This telephone number calls during the day and is a nuisance.  It lets you say hello then cuts you off. When one calls back there is always a busy signal.

Called didn't answer as it was a 917 Number and the Caller ID read "Star Net" never heard of them. Never left a message.
