Got a call to my cellphone that I sent straight to voicemail. "Katie" left a message about lowering my Duke energy bill. She did not identify her company name but left this as her callback number: 862-212-0624. Neither number can be connected to a company. I've since blocked both.

Person has been calling from this number incessantly. Caller ID reads "Sherri Parker". Wanted information to "lower our energy bill". Hung up and blocked call
