Caller left message to return call to get an "used discount" on my electric bill. Either a scam or bottom feeding electric supplier.

Left voicemail after first call. Referenced Energy Choice Discount thru my electric provider & return phone number has 740 area code but my electric provider has 937 area code. Between 3:43 pm & 4:13 pm today they have called 30 times. Caller ID on cell phone lists as "potential fraud".
