Fiancee got a call from this number just now, local number. When he answered, it was someone holding a recorder up to the phone, playing a recorded message saying something about unpaid tickets (possibly parking tickets) back in '08. Or at least thats what he thinks because there was a lot of static, possibly pre-recorded message. Was in the middle of playing when he answered.

Last and only ticket he's ever had was in '05 for speeding, and that was cleared up with a defensive driving class. He's never gotten a parking ticket.

Reverse searches are of no help, nothing is found and obviously he's the first to get a call from this number.

Assuming its a scam.
