9152762019 called me saying that I had won a diamond watch and magazines for being a Visa card holder. Asked for payment and when I said I wasn't interested, the woman hung up on me. These people are phone phishing and tryng to obtain your CC nfo. Over the phone. Shouldn't this [***] be illegal????
