I believe this is a scam. I talked to someone live who read a series of fake IRS allegations and told me I would be arrested in 24 hours then I was transferred to a "detective" when I asked what location/ office he was in he hung up on me. Both of the people on the line had very strong accents and it was very hard to hear them.
