Harassing calls

Left a voicemail from Paris saying she was calling from the mediation dept of igs and allegations had be filed against me and i needed to call, that their client was willing to settle never stated it was an attempt to collect a debt. Said if i didnt call back i would forfeit any rights to collect voluntarily. Called from a local number but then gave me (844) 603-2973 to call back. When i called they wanted  me to verify my address (which was correct but the email was OLD and hasn't been used in a very long time). They said it was from a loan but that they couldn't give me they company name because of privacy and they could not send me a letter of validation because of failed communication.

This just happened to me but they gave an address that I used 10 years ago and had my maiden name. Very sketchy. I doubled checked my credit and was in good standing. Scary thing was they wanted me to verify my SSN. I don't think so lady! She told me to have fun in court and jail after I said I wasn't giving them any money.

This is a complete scam.  I have encountered this crap twice.  Each time they had an old address and would not identify who the debt was with and would not send any paperwork.  Do not give them any current information!!  They are trying to intimidate people into giving information.
