Indian/Pakistani accent, gives his name as David Gray. Its a recorded message originating from El Paso TX claiming there's a US Treasury / Federal Criminal Offense and I must respond by calling him back.  An obvious scam, 4th call today + several in the past.  I have zero legal/criminal/financial issues with the US Treasury, or with any other entity.  Doesn't identify his company, implies by omission that he's calling from the US Treasury.  Doesn't use my name, its just a generic scam call from a robot dialer.  Possibly a debt collector, for years someone has been using my last name and phone number, but wrong 1st name and wrong address & email to apply for loans, services, memberships and more, lots of harassing debt collection calls have resulted, some have been profane, untruthful and/or threatening, this might be related.

I got the same call. Didn't answer due to unidentified caller ID. Caller with same name left a very threatening message about having to appear before a grand jury if I didn't call back on 915-208-4342. No mention of a specific cause for the call.

I received repeated calls from a "David Gray" citing pending enforcement action from the "Treasury Department".  Called the number back, and the phone was answered with the phrase "Treasury Department".  My wife is most upset, and plans to call numerous authorities until something is done about this.

Got the same call. Googled the # and found it here. Been prank calling him back the last 4xs. He stopped answering my calls now. Bummer!
