Harassing phone calls and will not STOP! Contacted the police!

Apparently is a a guy in who wont stop harassing women.

I've known Phil for many years and all my friends. And family know him to be a polite respectful person....its real sad that some one got him out to. Be a bad Guy I belive the person who is posting. Bad things about him is some crazy person as far as I k.now Phil is loved bye lots of people because of his kindness who ever you. Are you his uncle is a Detective and I'm going to let him know some phycho is slander Ingrid his nameso watch out.
