Called my work mobile phone in the early afternoon. I didn't answer. Didn't leave a message, no caller ID.

I answered and an automated voice message about credit card rates started playing. 100% certain this is a scammer since I don't have a credit card.

A foreigner answered and asked if i wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. I asked if he was from a card that I currently hold and he repeated he was calling about lowering my interest rate. I asked if this was a sales call or a scam and he told me to "Shut the f?*# up & listen to him" I said excuse me... also said this must be a scam and don't call my number again so he decided to spew sexual explicits at me. I suggest no one answer calls from this number.

Credit card interest reduction offer on recording. Dial one to speak with rep....foreign accent from representative.  I wanted to waste his time...he hung up.
