I "missed" this call yesterday and forgot about it, till I pulled my phone out this morning.  I am not one of those people who have the phone glued to my hand.  Anyway This number is a Verizon Wireless number from NY.   Lately I have had quite a few scammer numbers and robo calls from these Verizon Wireless numbers.   I have checked out a number of sites, most have had no complaints, some have had hangups.  Apparently no one ever talks to those that answer.  I have to wonder where do these scammer get all the Verizon Wireless Numbers from?  Has Verizon started selling their customer lists?  If so... THERE IS YET ANOTHER REASON TO LEAVE VERIZON!

Maybe you should google "caller id spoofing" and "robo, auto, or war dialers"?  Leave Verizon if you wish but do not believe for a second that those calls won't come through with another carrier.
