Another Robo dialer scam saying I owe money to the IRS and the sheriff is on the way to arrest me.

I can confirm that this is a robo caller scam. It said that this was the final warning and that the IRS was going to sue but it never even specified who the call was directed to.

Just got a call from this number. Usually I don't answer but I was a bit curious.  Didn't get the name of the company, caller id just states Bronxville, NY.  They said I was entitled to a discount on my Con Ed bill because I was a good customer who paid her bills on time. When I told them I didn't believe them and that Con Ed NEVER gives discounts or anything like that, she said the conversation was being recorded and she'd lose her job if she told a lie.  She was going to give me my "Discount" number but need my Con Ed account number to verify.  I didn't have to do anything. Told her I wasn't giving her any of my info and to have a nice day. Then I hung up.
