Aww, hell no, not responding! Goofy me, I texted back "who is this?", since myMom lives in the 914 area code.  Asked my husband what he'd do, he said wait to see if they text back, and then I read all of your comments.  [***], I'm sick of people targeting us via cell #s for one reason or another...and what did I just do to allow them to do so by texting back?!?!  Hopefulle nothing.
