This [***] calls my cell threatening my husband, a USMC vet, that he is going to jail and going to be sued for a payday loan. First off, its my cell hes calling. Second, everything is in my name, all the bills, everything, including the only savings acct we have. Last, my husband has NEVER gotten a payday loan in the 18 years we've been together and anything before that has run its course on statute of limitations. So I tell Al Bibbidy well I dare you to come on down here. We live in Texas. Everyone legally owns a gun. C'mon son, bring it. By the way, Im a medic for my city, it wont just be me youll have to go through. And since you wont tell me what other info besides the last 4 of his social that you have, Ill be watching my acct. If even one lonesome penny is touched, WE WILL COME TO YOU. He apologized and said thank you we wont bother you again.
This is a scam. It is not debt collector. The VA loan officer told my husband to get some credit. So we went to a couple of known sites like creditcards.com and such. Ome of them sent his information all over the place. This company tries to extort money. I guess its profitable for them because they continue. If you get called by them, STAND UP AMERICANS AND PUSH BACK!!! WE DONT TAKE THAT HERE!
